Enviro Water Restoration, LLC (DBA Enviro Water Quality Restoration) is a newly formed, Jacksonville Florida, based company established by Ralph (Butch) and Janet Elliott specifically to clean-up Florida and its waterways of organic pollution using Microbe-Lift Products. Microbe-Lift is a “Made in the U.S.A.” consortium of natural microbes specifically combined to remove organic pollutants. Ecological Laboratories Inc. our Microbe Manufacturer, headquartered in Lynbrook, NY, and has been internationally “Cashing in” on “Dirty Water” for 37 plus years.

Projects, large and small, have been amazingly successful for all those years using Microbe-lift; sometimes by other names, but always cultivated and grown by Ecological labs in their Cape Coral, Florida Plant.

One project in China in 2004 was a river that China had spent over ten years and almost a billion dollars trying to clean unsuccessfully. Within the first month using Microbe-Lift the odors went away, and two months into the treatment we were meeting environmental parameters for suspended solids and total nitrogen. Environmental Engineers from the Chinese Kunming University of Science and Technology had four sampling points and after three months they began to see fish spawning for the first time in years.

People say, “Oh, using bacteria to clean up water, that’s unusual.”  But really it is not. That’s how Nature keeps water clean, with bacteria and fungi.  Everyone is trying to clean up water by filtering or recycling or dredging but nature has been doing it for millions of years.

Ecological Labs has had its primary production facility in Cape Coral, Florida, for about 15 years. Ralph and Janet have been part of their effort to bring awareness to the Florida Public for the last eleven of those years, originally working with a Construction Company named SEEK Enterprises and now with their own company, Enviro Water Quality Restoration.  They are a direct distributor for Ecological Labs and concentrate on Water Restoration of Ponds, Lakes, Streams and Rivers primarily in Florida.

Ralph Elliott spent 20 years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and then ten years as the Airport Engineer at the Jacksonville International Airport and their other three Airports. He interfaced with the FDEP and the Water Management Districts on a very regular basis in both positions.

Janet Elliott spent 35 years as a Government Contract Specialist.

They are both passionate and focused about our lands and waterways and making sure we leave them in better shape than they were when we grew up.
